Our company is completely independent of the NCEES. It was created by David Anders, a licensed engineer, who himself went through all of the trials and tribulations brought forth by the FE Exam. After battling through, he put his hard work to good use and published one of the first FE Exam study guides, which has now evolved into our online solution.
